App users shall not modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, and translate the app's content. Users are instructed not to interrupt the normal operation or use any methods to export or modify it. They shall not upload or send out any computer viruses, worms, trojans, or malicious code.
Users agree and acknowledge that Fastro Delivery is not your agent or the agent of Participating vehicles and is not a party to the contract for hiring the Participating vehicles. Users shall safeguard any log-in name and password Fastro Delivery may provide to you about the Software and the Services and shall not disclose them to third parties. Fastro Delivery shall assume that any person using your mobile device, your log-in name, and password will either be you or someone authorized by you.
The Software is delivered to you on an "as is" basis. Although Fastro Delivery has used its best endeavors to ensure that the Software will work properly on your mobile device, Fastro Delivery does not warrant the service's quality and availability. Fastro Delivery shall not be liable for any damages, claims, or costs whatsoever, including any consequential, indirect, incidental damages or any loss or profit, or damage to your mobile device as a result of your use of the Services. The preceding limitations and exclusions apply to the extent permitted by law.
We may also collect your personal information through various social media channels while you indicate your intent to become our partner/user. By submitting your contact details to Fastro Delivery through various channels, you agree to provide Fastro Delivery consent to contact you through various means, not limited to SMS/phone calls/emails. You agree that Fastro Delivery can use your data (namely your name and contact number) provided by you from time to time when you use the Software to access the Services.
You agree that Fastro Delivery is entitled to collect, use, keep and update your data to such an extent, and at such a period as may be necessary when Fastro Delivery provides the Services to you, and you confirm that the personal data provided by you are true and correct and up to date.
You further expressly consent that Fastro Delivery is entitled to transfer your data to the Participating vehicles as may be necessary, including, without limitation for sourcing a booking to be accepted by a vehicle's driver, confirmation/clarification of the booking information between you and the vehicle's driver, and tracking the booked vehicles when Fastro Delivery provides the Services to you.
You further agree that the collection, use, storage, and transfer of your data is generally subject to Fastro Delivery's privacy policy and personal information collection statement the latest version(s).
Fastro Delivery may, from time to time, amend the terms of these Terms and Conditions, and such shall be binding on you upon posting. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed following the existing laws. Fastro Delivery reserves the right to change the above Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
App users are restricted from using the app in any malicious form or intent. They should also not violate the requirements, process, or terms and conditions mentioned here.
Fastro Delivery's promotions are introduced from time to time. All promotions provided are subject to the prevailing regulatory requirements. Fastro Delivery reserves the right to revise, suspend or terminate these requirements or Terms and Conditions at any time, and Fastro Delivery may withdraw the offer at its discretion without prior notice.
